P.T.L Portables are portable cabins on wheels. The ISP panels come pre-finished and are very low maintenance. Each portable has a clean spacious interior with two large opening windows and a large sliding door. This makes a light and well ventilated living area.
Built with their own steel frame with wheels, these portables are fully transportable, and are classified as a caravan, meaning no extra driving permits are required. They comes fully lined and painted, with carpet and vinyl on floor. They are complete with kitchen sink / bench, hot water cylinder and large shower.
They comes fully wired with an external caravan plug, and R.C.D. protection with three ceiling lights and double plugs as well as a phone jack if required.
Each standard unit has one large sliding door and two large opening windows.
Once on site, the wheels and draw bar are removed for storage which allows the unit to be lowered down for single step entrance.

Once in place with both wheels and draw bar removed the portable soon becomes an extension to the house.
The one pictured here is being used as an outside room for an older child, allowing for some privacy and a noise reduction within the house.

For a live in: 2.6 x 6m with a kitchen unit and shower.
